These terms apply to the Site only — not to any managed services agreement, statement of work, or other contract you may have with CoreGrid IT & Cloud Solutions.

Service details, pricing, and availability are confirmed only through a separate written agreement with CoreGrid IT & Cloud Solutions.

Managed Services
Actual IT services delivered by CoreGrid IT & Cloud Solutions are governed exclusively by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and/or Statement of Work (SOW). Nothing on this Site modifies or supersedes those agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes to These Terms
CoreGrid IT & Cloud Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
